When we say Company, we, our, or us, we are referring to Votxt. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, for all activity under your account, and for using the Services only for lawful purposes. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
Paid services may include trials, upgrades, subscriptions, taxes, and plan changes. Fees are charged according to the selected plan. Purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and paid subscriptions can be cancelled from your account.
You are responsible for properly cancelling your account. After cancellation, account content becomes inaccessible and may be deleted from active systems and backups according to the retention policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Votxt takes uptime, backups, redundancy, and encryption seriously, and uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to operate the service.
You retain ownership of materials you upload. Content posted through the Services must comply with copyright law, and the Votxt name, look, feel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and visual design elements may not be copied without permission.
We design Votxt with care, but every product has limitations and bugs. Features may change as the service evolves.
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. These terms include limitations of liability to the extent permitted by law.
